Richard E McDonnell B.C.L (Partner)

Richard joined his father, Dick McDonnell, in the Practice in 1980 and became Principal on Dick's death in 1992.

His main area of interest and expertise is litigation in all its forms but in particular the areas of personal injuries claims and District and Circuit Court advocacy. His advocacy skills have been honed over almost 30 years experience in the local District and Circuit Courts in addition to the High Court, the Employment Appeals Tribunal and numerous mediation conferences.

He is well known and widely respected for his plain speaking, common sense and a shrewd understanding of tactics and how the Law and the Courts work.
